Welcome to MedBillHero. These Terms govern your use of our services. By accessing or using the application, you agree to be bound by them and by our Privacy Policy.
Ownership and Operator
MedBillHero.com ("the Site" and "the Service") is owned and operated by Reeta Inc., a U.S. corporation.
References in these Terms to "MedBillHero," "we," "us," or "our" refer to Reeta Inc. and its MedBillHero brand.

1. Use of the Service
MedBillHero helps users understand and manage their medical bills by providing summaries, insights, and document support.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
2. CMS Blue Button 2.0 API Consent
By connecting your Medicare account, you:
- Authorize us to access your health data via the CMS Blue Button 2.0 API
- Understand this may include sensitive health information
- May revoke access at any time at https://www.medicare.gov/my/connected-apps
All access is logged and follows minimum necessary standards.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Maintain confidentiality of your account and credentials
- Avoid uploading fraudulent or harmful content
4. Payment Terms
Subscription and Billing
MedBillHero offers subscription plans with recurring billing. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected plan at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the next billing cycle. You can cancel anytime through your account settings or by contacting support.
Payment Failures
If payment fails, we may retry charging your payment method. If payment continues to fail, your access to paid features may be suspended until payment is resolved.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
First-time subscribers to our Live Monitoring service are eligible for a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription date.
To claim your refund:
- Contact us at support@medbillhero.com within 14 days of your subscription date
- Include your account email and reason for cancellation (optional)
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
Note: This guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only. Subsequent renewals or re-subscriptions after cancellation are not eligible for the money-back guarantee.
Other Refunds
Outside of the 14-day guarantee period, refunds are provided at our discretion and typically only for technical issues that prevent service usage. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5-10 business days.
Price Changes
We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Price changes will take effect at your next billing cycle.
Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes based on your location. Prices displayed may not include taxes.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you'll retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free tier.

Our platform utilizes artificial intelligence, including large language models, to analyze your claims and provide insights. By using our service, you acknowledge that:

5. Data and Content Rights
You retain full ownership of any content or documents you upload.
By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely to deliver our services to you.
6. Service Availability
We strive to provide uninterrupted access but cannot guarantee uptime. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any feature without notice.
7. No Professional Advice
The information provided by MedBillHero is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice. Always consult a licensed professional regarding healthcare or billing concerns.
8. Limitation of Liability
MedBillHero is not responsible for decisions made based on insights or summaries provided.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be handled in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Overage Billing
Additional users beyond plan limits are billed at $7 per user per month.
Organization Accounts
Organizations may sponsor individual user accounts. Sponsored users maintain full control and privacy over their health data. Organizations cannot access user health information or claims data.
13. Organization Account Holders
If you represent an organization sponsoring user accounts, you agree to:
- Only invite eligible individuals who consent to receive sponsored access
- Maintain accurate billing and contact information
- Respect that individual users retain full control over their health data
- Comply with all applicable laws regarding user privacy and consent
14. HIPAA‑Compliant Email and Email Provider
We use Mailgun (a Sinch company) as our encrypted email provider under a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) compliant with HIPAA. By using our service, you consent to receive transactional emails (e.g., account notifications, appeal updates) via Mailgun's secure infrastructure. Please note that while email content is encrypted, Mailgun does not view or retain message contents after sending.
